5.Summary of the structure

(1)Common uncoiler

Functional and structural characteristicsIt is used to support the steel coil and uncoil it in a turnable way.The steel coil is uncoiled by hand.The uncoiler can bear 5t.It is suitable to process the coiled steel with the inside diameter 508mm

(2)Feeding the material into the platform:

Functional and structural characteristicsput the rawmaterial(steel srip) on the plat to manufacture and process, it can guarantee that the products are neat, parallel and everything is uniformity. Please refer to the equipment regulation to know the function of locate angle iron.



(3)Molding core:

Functional and structural characteristics In order to keep the product shape and precision,
adopts welded sheet structure, motor reducer drive,chain transmission, roller surfaces 

polishing,hard plating, heat treatment and galvanizational treatment . The polished surface 

and the heat treatment towards the molds also can keep the molding plate surface smooth 

and not easy to be marked when it is being stampted.

(4)Shearing mechanism:
It adopts the hydraulic drive and automatic location to decide the dimension and cut the target products.Match equipment: It contains one set of cutting tools, one hydraulic tank and one cutter machine.
Material of the cutting blade: Gcr12

(5)Hydraulic system:
It is controlled by gear wheel oil pump.After filling the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic oil tank, the pump drive the cutter machine to begin the cutting job.Match equipment: The system includes a set of hydraulic tank , a set of hydraulic oil pump, two hydraulic pipes.and one set of electromagnetism valve.
Power of the oil pump: 3kw;
Hydraulic oil: 40#.

(6)Computer control cabinet:
It adopts Siemens to control. The target piece’s length is adjustable and digit of it can be adjusted. Computed mode has two modes: automatic and manual one. The system is easy to operate and use.
There is converter in it so that reduced the error.

(7)Molded pieces receiving table
It adopts welded steel and supported roller to transmit the products.There are two frames with the length of 4m/one(or 2m/one of two).
