Light steel keel machine

The light steel keel unit is a kind of equipment which uses strip steel as raw material,through continuous cold rolling forming,to produce complex cross-section profiles(products include:light steel keel,paint keel,card keel,various building profiles,steel structure,steel lined door frame profiles,high-speed guardrail,etc.)and different specifications of cold bending and paint baking equipment,controlled by PLC.

1.The equipment is controlled by PLC and multiple protections are set during normal production.

2.The bed is welded with steel plate.Tempering treatment is used to eliminate internal stress and avoid fuselage deformation.

3.The frame is made of cast iron and tempered.High strength and long service life.

4.The material of roll shaft is 40Cr,and the hardness is hb280 after quenching and tempering.

5.The material of forming die is GCr15,quenching treatment,hardness:hrc56-62℃.

6.The transmission structure is gearbox transmission.Each molding frame has light steel keel unit.It can ensure the equipment to run over time,with high intensity and long service life.
