1.First,turn on the power,turn on the key switch on the control panel,and then press the oil pump to start the automatic manual bending machine,so you can hear the sound of the oil pump.(the machine doesn't work at this time)
2.Travel adjustment,the use of bending machine must pay attention to adjust the travel,before bending must test.When the upper die of bending machine goes down to the general bottom,there must be a gap of plate thickness.Otherwise,the mold and machine will be damaged.There are also electric quick adjustment and manual stomach adjustment for stroke adjustment.
3.Automatic manual bending machine in the selection of bending notch,generally choose the plate thickness of 8 times the width of the notch.For bending 4mm sheet metal,the notch of about 32 should be selected.
4.Generally,there are electric quick adjustment and manual fine adjustment for back stop adjustment,and the method is the same as that of shearing machine.
5.The full-automatic manual bending machine starts to bend by pressing the foot switch.Unlike the plate shearer,the bending machine can be released at any time.When the foot is released,the bending machine will stop and continue to press down.
